Trisha's Success Story
I was 40 pounds over-weight, unable to walk a mile in 16 minutes, and felt old at 37. Then I was selected to appear on an eating show to track weight loss. Over the course of six weeks, Louis helped me become camera-ready by setting me up on a cardio plan and challenging me every week. He held me accountable for my behavior. Set me on a new path. Helped me create a plan of action. He was great about answering questions and offering direction. My body was getting stronger as it was getting smaller. By the end of the six weeks, I had lost 15 pounds and two dress sizes. I went from being a size 14 to a size 10. After working with Louis, though, I wasn’t done. With his positive encouragement ringing in my ears, I kept going. Now, I am able to run six miles in an hour – quite an improvement on my old time -- and I have defined muscles in my arms and legs! Very cool. Plus, I now easily fit into a size six – and every once in a while into a four. My friends and family are amazed at my progress and I feel like I owe much of it to Louis’ lack of doubt in my ability to achieve physical fitness. I feel years younger and am excited to continue this positive turn in my life. He still checks in with me from time to time.
