Suzanne Riddlebarger's Success Story
I have been an active person most of my life including regular workouts consisting mostly of running or other cardio type exercise. Over the years my body got used to the routine of my morning exercise and I gained weight and was tired and run down. I had done some weight bearing exercise in the past but it was limited. Feeling very run down and needing a change, I started working out with Marie and she designed workouts that would combine both weight training and cardio exercise. I learned that the weight training I had done in the past was all wrong (I was doing the moves improperly) and that my new workout routine was challenging different areas of my body with every workout. Since working with Marie I have tons of energy all day every day and fit in to my old clothes. I lost about 15 lbs. and 3 inches in my waist. My arms and legs are leaner and stronger. Although I have always loved physical activity I would say I look forward to getting to the gym more now than ever.
