Gurb's Success Story
Thanks for the training this Summer. I enjoyed the workouts immensely, the variety of exercises kept it interesting. Of course, the positive energy from you and Steve helped a lot too. Also, Learning to do movements in the proper form was great. I have been making a concious effort to walk in proper form, I feel this has enhanced my quality of exercise. I've got to watch the diet though...too easy to give into the snacks ;) My left ankle (heel) is the only problem area that I need to see the doctor about otherwise I'm feeling good.
