Sara's Success Story
I started training with Jordan around November 2005. At that time, I had been going to the gym regularly but was bored with the classes and treadmill and had no interest in learning to use the weights. I felt like I had done all there was to do at the gym and was ready for something more interesting. Jordan created a plan for me to build balance, agility and strength and continues to get me into much better shape. His practical educational approach has helped me incorporate the lessons I learn with him into my daily life. In many ways training with Jordan has given me a great wealth of knowledge that I continue to use in my daily life, but most importantly, Jordan has helped me uncover the fun and challenging side of the gym.
