Training helps client with Parkinson's Disease
Renee's Success Story
In the past, I have always worked out on my own or with a trainer in a large gym setting. In December 2009 at 50 years old, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. This made workouts in a large gym setting a little more challenging and sometimes intimidating. A friend told me about Motivation Fitness, and I was introduced to Huda Ahmed. I am so much more comfortable and confident working out with Huda! She gives me the one on one attention that I need to achieve my personal fitness goals. In addition to being a personal trainer, she also has a background in physical therapy. Huda is very knowledgeable about my individual training needs and I feel completely confident with her. She always finds new ways to challenge and motivate me, and is a positive influence. (I need that at 6AM!!) I look and feel better than I have in a long time, despite the Parkinson's diagnosis.
