Training a young athlete

When I started working with the 15 year old he was interested in gaining more muscle, learning his way around a weight room, and becoming more well-rounded as an athlete to help with his Tae Kwon Do training. He increased his maximum amount of pushups by 10, increased his plank from :49 seconds to 2:05 and almost tripled his longest wall sit time to 3:05! I enjoyed watching him become more athletic and put on the desired muscle mass he was hoping for!
