Before starting bootcamp my longest walks were to the fridge and back – haha! I began bootcamp about 5 months before I got married, just hoping lose a couple pounds. First few days were miserable. My body was having a hard time adjusting to going from zero activity to intense workouts. By the time I got married, I felt stronger, much more confident and had incredibly improved my endurance. We walked probably 4 miles everyday on our honeymoon and my endurance before bootcamp could barely go a walk around the mall. I’ve never felt so strong and capable.
