After years of running but not including and serious stretching or
strengthening in my program, Ruth Ann's personalized program really
helped me see the light. She has a technique that not only instructs
but fully educates one on the importance and reasons for complete
physical fitness. Ask any question and she has or will get the answer.
She also, with her very positive enthusiasm and personal model of
physical fitness, inspired me to get serious about stretching. I credit
her for helping me to get rid of my stiffness, minor aches and pains
and probably extending my years of running enjoyment.
