• The benefits of core training: I have been working out with a personal trainer at a gym three times a week now for almost five weeks. Prior to this, I was experiencing back pain off and on and was limited to the type of exercise that I was able to do. I had even been told by a chiropractor about a year ago that I would not be able to cycle or lift much weight. I am happy to say that I am now able to go to spinning class pain-free and lift more weight than I thought possible because of the core-training that I have received during these workouts. Since focusing on exercises to help strengthen my core, I am stronger, have more energy, have a better posture, and my back pain has decreased dramatically. I would highly recommend core-training to anyone who has mild to moderate back problems or to anymore who just wants to improve their overall health. Thank you
