The Addition of The Fitanista Meal Plan was Key to Susie's Success!

My journey began with the Fitanista Fit Club Boot Camp back in August 2011. I found myself overweight, out of shape and wearing a size 12. My first day of boot camp was an eye opener for me. I had a hard time getting through many of the stations that were set up. I was determined not to give up! I was working out 5 days a week and I had made some progress, but I just wasn't seeing the results I wanted. So in January 2012, I started nutritional counseling with Angela and began The Fitanista Fit Meal Plan—and that has made all the difference! Working out alone just wasn't enough. I had to learn how to fuel my body correctly in order to burn fat and build lean muscle.

I can tell you now that with Angela’s guidance, inspiration and motivation I am stronger, healthier and so happy with my progress. I am now wearing a size 6 (just an added bonus)! One of my biggest milestones so far has been my running a 5k. Not only did I complete it without stopping, I did it at a great pace. It felt incredible!! I keep setting goals and I keep meeting them. I don’t know what lies ahead but I can’t wait to get started on the next leg of this journey.
