Stanley 's Success Story
Since I started exercising four years ago, I have more energy and sleep better. I had a shoulder injury in 1958, and rather than have surgery, my trainer worked on my shoulder and now it is just as strong as the other. I feel better about myself, and without working out I would probably be a wreck. I give credit to Sue for working on my aches and pains. When I don't work out I miss it, and it directly reflects on how my body feels. I will continue to work out as long as I possibly can and highly reccomend exercise for anyone my age. It pays dividends!
