MAURY 's Success Story
Being in my early 50's and having run 30 marathons, one thing I am guilty of is not doing enough stretching. I began doing Pilates with Kathy and my body has not felt this good in over 20 years! She also put me on a stretching program, which I do "most" of the time and it has made an incredible difference in ability to cycle for a much longer period of time. Thank you, Kathy!
