Myself's Success Story
Before I became a personal trainer I spent many hours working as a behavioral therapist and finally as a business owner. I used lack of time as an excuse to avoid exercise and eating healthy. I decided to change my lifestyle by changing my eating habits and starting a daily exercise routine. A few months later I decided that I would continue to change my thought process in order to keep my cholesterol levels low and to stay healthy. I was inspired to obtain certification as a personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.
I know what it feels like to be unhealthy, have no support, and to be unhappy. Today, I am proud to say that change is possible and that I am here to help others with their own fitness journey.
