Sunny's Success Story
Sunny says: At the end of my 7 days, I have lost 6 pounds and I feel so much better. I am back on the treadmill and it feels good. What I realized this week is that I DO like whole grain bread, and I DO like romaine lettuce and spinach, and some of the other foods I’ve tried this week. I find that I am not having to eat so often. Before I would have sugar drops mid morning and would have to eat something to keep from getting sick. Thank you Carrie!
