Myself's Success Story
I wanted to cut my body fat damatically from winter to summer. I began restructuring my diet and workouts to tailor my goals. I switched up my workout routine to doing 3 Total Body lifts in a week and implementing a ton of cardio exercise. My diet consisted of a high protein, high unsaturated, avg total fat, and low and strategically placed carb diet. I went from 13% to 7% body fat in 8 weeks.
