Sandy's Success Story

Kim helped me with understanding the importance of healthy eating as opposed to just dieting to lose weight. She talked with me to learn my likes and dislikes concerning food and exercise before starting a program. By doing things at a slow but steady pace I was able to incorporate the changes easily. We spent time cooking so I could see how easy it is to make things from scratch instead of using prepackaged items. She also helped me realize the importance of relaxing through meditation. I have learned that by taking time to relax in the moment I don’t need to stress eat.
