Christina's Success Story

Gotta share the story of one of my clients, Christina Bossardet. She started in July using 15 pound dumbbells to squat press. She is now pushing 30 pounders! She started out on assisted pull-ups with 80 pounds of assistance and she is now at 30 pounds assistance. Her goal is to do one unassisted pull-up by this Spring and she WILL do it! And sooner than she thinks. She has lost 4 inches in her waist and 3 inches in her hips. Just doing strength training twice a week with me. No treadmills, ellipticals, aerobics or marathons. Just simply strength training“along with giving up wheat, processed foods, and sugar. She is delighted that she can now fit into pants that she hasn't worn in 7 years! Not only is she strong but her confidence is through the to follow!
