Susan's Success Story
I took Jean Stegman’s “Strength Training for Endurance Athletes”beginning last fall. I know it was instrumental in preparing me for cycling at a higher level, avoiding injury and building greater skill and confidence in my athletic activities. The program was very well designed to build slowly, emphasizing stabilization as a foundation for strength. I had a bothersome shoulder resulting from an old injury. I was able to stabilize and strengthen my shoulder so I no longer had pain while cycling. My whole body was more balanced and strong providing a fantastic base for further training.
