I have worked with Judy for four years now and it still surprises me how much stronger I have gotten. I began working with her to help strengthen my back due to surgery. She is always cautious and helped me to learn the correct "form" for an exercise. It didn't take long to see improvements in both my strength and my range of motion, which had also been an issue for me. She knows what I am capable of better than myself and is always helping me to reach new goals in my workout. Judy is fun and upbeat and I actually look forward to our sessions. In my opinion, she is really a great trainer and I'm so glad to be working with her!
