How do I write a testimonial for someone that has given me a new lease on life?

Becca Marino is the ultimate motivator, coach, and mentor. Through BEST! Me Boot Camp, I have surpassed every goal I had set for myself strongly due to the inspiration of Becca Marino and her awesome Fitness INSPIRATION! staff. BEST! Me Boot Camp was the first time in my life I looked forward to exercise. Becca Marino made the whole experience fun, educational, and challenging. She pushed me beyond limits I did not even know I had - She is the BEST!

Secondly, through the BEST! Me Boot Camp, I have met some wonderful ladies that I will continue to communicate with and motivate as we all strive to reach our own personal goals. When we all began this journey, we come from different fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds. We soon became a unified team with a common goal - to build a healthier, happier me. We learned how to motivate each other through our weaknesses and celebrate our victories! Thanks to the BEST! Me Boot Camp, I have made friends for life.

Finally, on a personal note, I went to the doctor last week and was told that my blood pressure was better now than it was 10 years ago - that is a true testament to what a healthy diet and exercise will do for your body.

At first I was a bit disappointed with the results when it came to my body measurements. Not having worked out to this extreme ever in my life, I thought that I should have seen a more loss of inches (since I had put weight loss and lbs. out of my mind). After going through the final day of Boot Camp and with every test, I quickly realized that results came in more than just a number of pounds or inches lost. I increased my time on the 300 yd, increased my number on sit ups and push ups, and became more flexible by 2 inches. WOW! What an amazing difference and I DID THIS! I feel very confident in saying, "It only gets better from here"!

What I've learned.....

It's hard to put into words all the things that I have learned from the BEST! Me Boot Camp. I have learned that food intake is just as much, if not more, important than how much you exercise. I also learned that you have to burn more calories than you consume. Starting with the BEST! Me Boot Camp, I have learned how to change my lifestyle. Overall though, the most important thing that I learned is that I CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING!
