Sara's Success Story
After having been going to the gym fairly regularly for about a year, I decided to step up my workout and meet with a trainer. Since working with Aaron for several months, and meeting one or more times per month, I have learned how to really push myself and continue to strive toward my full potential. Whether learning the correct form of an exercise, or a completely new exercise, I have continually experienced improved muscle tone and strength. Additionally, with the meal plan he has given me, along with advice on how frequently and for how long I should be doing cardio and weight training, I know that I am continually improving my workouts daily.
