H.B.'s Success Story
Stephanie got me to change my behavior, and as a result I lost 22 pounds.
Before Stephanie’s guidance I would drink coffee, have a sweet roll, and then drink another coffee. I felt it was helping me cope with work. Stephanie got me to try walking three times each week instead of having the roll and another coffee. Before long I decided to walk five days per week. Suddenly I found myself being more careful of what I ate at meals, since I did not want to stop the momentum I was feeling.
At my annual physical I noticed that my blood pressure had gone down as well as my weight. I told my doctor that I was now walking five days per week. He responded, “Isn’t it interesting how that works!”
I feel healthier and younger and I owe it to Stephanie’s professional coaching.
