Mary's Success Story

Mary came to me with the hope to tone her body and lose a few pounds in preparation for a class reunion. She didn't know where to begin so I helped her to focus on cardio and strength training to get the quickest results. She is now more familiar with her workout routine and makes the effort every day to maintain her weight loss. "You're a great fitness trainer!
