Dee's Success Story
What am I doing right? I am writing everything down and keeping track. I am drinking my water and exercising at least 5 days a week. I have been mostly doing my treadmill for 30 to 40 minutes daily. I think as I get some of this weight off I will be able to do other things again. I am hoping to ride my bike when it is warmer and run outside without dropping dead in a ditch:) I can now visualize all these things. Before when I would start a diet, I would almost talk to myself internally and tell myself that I would never be able to do this. I am was just going to be fat. Now, I feel so in control that I can really visualize how I am going to look and feel in six months.
