6 participant signed up for a challenge to drop up to two pants sizes in only six weeks. At the end only six weeks and no emphasis placed on the weight loss of the all six participants finished the challenge and were amazed at how there pants fit. yes 3 dropped 2 pants size and 3 dropped at least one pant size and even one of the challengers was now in a two piece bathing suite for the first time in 3 years. The challenge to eat 5 meals a day and exercise at least 4 times per week with two times being cardio and two times being strength. This is not a no carb or only protein diet. This program equipped each participant to meet and exceed their expectations they had about themselves and what they really could get done when they first change their mindset off of the scale and onto their own abilities and planning.
