Ski preparation

I want to thank you for your assistance in getting my body ready for ski season. In the past few years I have spent the first week of my yearly January trip almost crippled with sore muscles at the end of each day. This year, I was tired after a day of skiing, but not sore. My training sessions with Emanuel targeted the muscles I needed to strengthen and gave me a number of stretch exercises I do religiously. I was even able to plow through deep powder with confidence my legs could handle it.
I've skied for over 40 years; but now in my late 60's, i need all the help I can get.
