Shelly's Success Story

Shelly started working out with Fitness you can live with in October, 2011. She has lost close to 60lbs! At first she couldn't do some of the exercises but now she shows others how to master them! Previously she tried every kind of diet imaginable including starvation type diets. She now has found consistency in eating a balanced diet and consistently training including hitting the weights, power-boxing ,running and working on her farm. She's participated in many 5k's and even an 8k! A few other benefits to losing weight and getting healthier have allowed her to tackle a giant climbing wall at a summer family camp, paddle boarding ,chopping huge logs at her family farm ,and even climbing up a 40ft pole and jumping for a trapeze ride down! You will have to ask her about that!
Shelly has gotten her family healthy as well, they enjoy many outdoor activities and eat a ton of fresh produce that they grow at their home.
If you ask Shelly the biggest change she made to get her to where she is today she will tell you that she is now consistent with eating right and working out. She has made these things important in her and her family's life and this has given her the long term success that she was looking for.
