Sheila's Success Story
I have always been interested in health and fitness. In middle and high school I did cheer leading and enjoyed going to the gym in my free time. Once I got to college, I began to use food to cope with the stress and depression I experienced when I was unhappy with how my life was going. Too bad the food only contributed to my problem and eventually I was embarrassed at what I had become. I ended up a size 16 and felt like crap. I had no energy, I always tried to dedicate myself to getting healthy and in shape but failed countless times.
I made a New Years Resolution in January 2010 to make this the year I would seriously shed the weight that was preventing me from being who I am supposed to be. With the help of my boyfriend who also battled with his weight and now is health conscience, I lost 10 pounds in about three and a half months. But I wasn’t focused enough and feared I would fail again. I bought a copy of Oxygen magazine and I was impressed by how fit but incredibly beautiful one can be when fitness and health become a way of life. A few days after this, I met Rebecca at a friends birthday party. She had recently competed in The Arnold Classic in the amateur bikini competition. Within a few days, I committed to training sessions 3x a week for and hour with Rebecca.
What I love most about Rebecca is that she really believes in me, even when I was almost embarrassed to talk about wanting to compete. Rebecca was so encouraging and motivating and helped me set real and achievable goals. After a few sessions we learned what exercises pushed me the most and gave me the best results, we incorporated those workouts into training regularly to continue to challenge my body and become stronger. She helped me realize how important enjoying the process of losing weight is. She has gone through it herself! Rebecca has pushed past my comfort zones and shown me how strong I am. She has celebrated every milestone with me! I would recommend Rebecca to any woman who has a goal to lose fat, gain muscle and lose weight but doesn’t know where to start.
After 7 weeks of training with Rebecca I lost 10 pounds, 3.5% body fat, and a total of 15 inches off my arms, legs, chest, waist and hips. I feel better than I have in a very long time. I definitely recommend training with Rebecca and she will create workouts to challenge you and help you achieve your goals.
