Jeanelle's Success Story

Jeanelle started with me in a small group training setting 3 years ago attending once a week. She slowly increased her sessions to twice, then three times a week because she felt so much better doing so. Her measurements dropped, her strength and confidence increased and she states she misses it terribly whenever she is away. It has become a vital part of her life and I am proud of how she has transformed herself both physically and mentally.
