Sean's Success Story
I started training Sean back in March. We were training 2 days a week. Initially we were at the gym but I like to be outdoors so we started training at a local high school. Sean's goals were to increase flexibility and endurance. He said he would start to tire around the 13th hole. We worked on his flexibility and strengthening because he did not need huge muscles for golfing. Within the first month Sean had greater range of motion and he was able to finish 18 holes easier. He came in 5th in his next tournament.
