Sciatica Improvement

Edward's Success Story

Edward was 38 years old and hobbled into the gym for our workout. His scoliosis had been exacerbated by long periods of sitting in front of the computer along with some herniated discs and created very bad sciatica. He wasn't able to stand up straight, bend over or straighten his legs and had allowed the situation to deteriorate to the point that he was now experiencing knee pain. I fixed him with lots of manual stretching to straighten out his sciatica and showing him stretches to do on his own. There is a stretch to ease the discomfort that sometimes comes with scoliosis that we did as well. We also did lots of ab work so that his stomach would work to support his back. When I was finished with him he moved like a real person!
