Sara's Success Story
Sara started training in April 2009 at over 200 pounds. With 1 son with downs syndrome, and another son with ADHD, she has always put herself last. Her own personal goals and fitness went to the wayside, as she was inundated with the pressures and responsibilities of being a full-time mother of 2.
After several weight loss attempts, none successful, due to a lack of motivation; accountability and education she came to Dedication Fitness. This is where she was given the knowledge to empower herself, and the motivation to stick with it, and see her goal through to the end.
