Our initial training session was the first time she ever worked out. We started a 10 month workout program that incorporated body weight exercises, exercise machines and resistance exercises. For the first 3 months we performed mostly body weight exercises each session with a light cardio program. We trained 3 times a week and she never missed a day of training. During months 4-7, we incorporated exercise machines with body weight exercises each session, and a light-moderate paced cardio program. She continued to stay on track each month and progressed rapidly. By months 8-10, we progressed to incorporating resistance exercises with exercise machines and body weight exercises each session, and a moderate-fast paced cardio program. The final result was a lose of 60 ibs in 10 months! This was all made possible by staying committed, following a strict diet and completing our 10 month fitness program.
