I would highly recommend Jeremy's boot camp to anyone. I have worked out for several years and always spent at least an hour to an hour and a half to complete my workout each day. What I love about boot camp is I got better results but in half the time. The way Jeremy combines exercises to include several body parts at one time along with cardio in a 45 minute workout means there are no excuses to not work out even with a busy schedule!! You don't even realize how many different muscles you are working. You just start seeing results in weight loss and inches. Jeremy also includes nutritional counseling. I always thought I knew how to eat well but I found out I had a lot to learn. It was tons of very helpful information. Put all that together and you have a fun, efficient and effective workout which results in a healthy, toned, and fit body.
