Lisa Bender's Success Story
Lisa was an occassional runner recoving from a c-section at 41 years old. She had given up hope of getting abs again, thought she needed a breast reduction and didn't think she was capable of athletic activities in middle age. She learned to do multiple sets of pull ups and Tabata Interval Training. She lost 15 pounds in 3 months and over 28 pounds in 9 months. She has completely changed her lifestyle to a healthy one which includes whole foods and no soda!
