"Working with Kate was the best move I made when it comes to health and well-being! From the initial consultation I knew I would be working with a knowledgeable, professional, and fun person. I've worked out with trainers in a large chain gym and a small personally owned gym and neither workout made me feel as good as Kate's in-home fitness and definitely didn't keep my sticking to them, and Kate's fees definitely can't be beat for the quality and personalization you're getting. The blend of so many different fitness options really hit every muscle group and make you feel that wonderful kind of exhausted when you're done for the day. She encourages you when you feel like you can't do more, knows when you've hit your limit, and manages to use every minute of your hour to the fullest. The workouts are different every time and introduce something new and even fun each time so you never get bored. You can tell she spends time preparing each workout and individualizing it for you.
