Cathy's Success Story
Cathy went to the Dr. last week for annual physical. She was 3/4" taller than last year! Apparently, she was "shrinking in height" the previous years. The Dr. asked her what she had been doing differently. She has been practicing yoga twice a week for the past 8 months! Improving balance was the main reason she started yoga. Today she is holding 1/2 side planks with raised top leg!! Now our focus is strengthening the wrists, arms and upper back! She wants to do an arm balance!!
