Staci's Success Story
I've been working with Kelly for five months now, and as a result I've lost 18 pounds and numerous inches. I also have a great deal more energy than when I started.
This is the longest I've stayed with a workout program. Usually I get overwhelmed and give up. Kelly keeps me motivated with daily tips, tweaks to my program, and answers to my endless questions. Besides being an expert in fitness, he's also extremely knowledgeable about nutrition.
One of the things I like best about Kelly is that even though I only have him update my program every six weeks, he's there for me on a daily basis with my online journal. Weight loss is such a tough journey, and I'm thankful to have Kelly guiding me through it!
