I started personal training with Brian Wright Personal Training (BW-PT) at the end of 2012 in hopes of getting back in shape after having my first baby. Wow! Was it one of the best decisions I have made! Kettle bells provide both stellar cardio and strength training and it is a workout I can easily do at home, in 20 minutes or 60 minutes. I was so happy with the three class package that I signed up for the 12 week program, which is continuing to be tremendously effective. Brian and his team are great coaches, knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend them for your fitness needs and goals.
Overall it has been a very positive experience. Do be prepared to work hard to get back into shape, do stay hydrated and keep up with the Kettle bell sessions when possible. Don't expect mediocre for results!
