Bob's Success Story
Bob started training in mid-January (2012) and lost 30lbs by the end of April. He is 55 years old and is relieved of constant knee pain he had on a daily basis due to a car accident. His flexibility and range of motion has improved tremendously and he is functionally strong! He has also noticed a huge improvement in his golf swing!
Bob is now working on reaching other goals like improving his pullups. He started with one a month ago and reached his goal of six just recently! Congrats and keep up the great work Bob!
