Dave's Success Story

I just wanted to drop you a note of appreciation for the help in developing my golf fitness routine.  I have already found great value in several of the specialized movements.  As a beginner on the golf course, I have found long par 5s especially difficult, and at times frustrating.  I'm pleased to report I achieved my first "Par 5" on the 497 yard, first hole on Tanglewood's west course.  I credit this accomplishment to the "Pelvic Punch" exercise, that has become part of my pre-drive routine.

Thanks for taking the extra time to help develop a daily/weekly schedule to guide me through a solid week of quality workouts.  Thanks for a great class!
