Tina's Success Story

I have been doing Pilates (Reformer) with Jaclyn for about a year and a half in order to rehabilitate my knees after some injuries. Jaclyn has helped me with not only rehabilitation but strength as well. My knees are stronger and I am stronger in general and therefore able to continue playing my favorite sport of tennis.

Jaclyn has carefully created a Pilates program that works for me and works around my limitations. I look forward to each and every exercise session with her -- I feel like a brand new person at the end of each workout!
