Because of her training, I have regained my stamina and strength as well as lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Jaclyn is innovative in her workout routines and never fails to change my routine to challenge me and fit my exercise level. But her best attribute is her ability to remain encouraging and positive no matter how lazy or tired I get during a workout. That makes a big difference in keeping me on track.
