Off the treadmill on onto the trails!
Traci's Success Story
Traci was a dedicated treadmill runner and at home cd workout gal. She was afraid of running outside. After a few months of working with her on the treadmill, I finally was able to convince her to give the outdoors a try. I took her and another friend on a trail run, one with hills, single track and great views. She LOVED it! We walked when she felt nervous, ran at a nice easy pace and now she is running more days outside than inside! She used to run just 3 miles on the treadmill and she is now running on her long days, 8 miles outside on a hilly trail. She has lost 20 pounds and her bottom is firming nicely and her legs are looking great!
