Hannah's Success Story

"When I started going the gym, I originally did not plan to ever see a personal trainer. As my 18th birthday present, my mom bought me six hours of personal training with Crystal Ellis. It was a great choice, and I do not regret it.

Crystal worked on my strength and conditioning, to prepare me for my upcoming Rugby season. The workouts really helped me to get back into shape (after being out of shape for about eight months), lose weight, and prepare for the fall Rugby season. Not only did she help me with the training and getting in shape, but she also showed me some new stretches that improved my flexibility, and has really helped to prevent certain sports related injuries that I would have otherwise encountered. 

My overall experience with Crystal as my personal trainer was great, and the training was definitely time and money well spent."
