Abraham Thomas 's Success Story

Steve Efkarpidis has really been a help and an encouragement to me while I train my body and workout. Even on non-work out days his nutrition program has helped me stay motivated to not eat as many desserts, calories and carbohydrates from fat or unhealthy sources. I have also been able to drink a lot more water rather than soda and other sugary drinks. After going for a run, going to the weight room, or working with the fitness plank program that Steve Efkarpidis gave me, I go for healthy foods like vegetables, brown rice, lean meats, and dairy (occasionally). I look forward to continuing my training.
