Les's Success Story
Les came to me after having already completed his weight loss goal. His new goals were to build muscle and perform a pull up. 12 Months later Les has lost 12.6% body fat, and if you walked up to Les in any season, at any time of day, and asked him to perform a pull up he could crank out 8 pull ups easy.
Les' results speak to the process of my program design, his absolute dedication and his internal motivation. Now, our new goal is 10% body fat and Les is the healthiest he has ever been.
