I was skeptical about getting a personal trainer as I thought I could work out on my own. After one session, I realized that there was more to working out than leg curls and crunches. Qunoot developed a comprehensive program including both diet and exercise to help me achieve my goals. Despite not strictly keeping to the diet plan, I was able to increase my strength, stamina and was just plain more durable than I have ever been. Qunoot’s workouts are a combination of functional moves with weights that give you both strength training and cardio without realizing you’re even doing cardio (I hate cardio).
