What an amazing group of woman with one goal in mind - working towards their physical and mental fitness. Working out early in the morning has many perks...your exercise is complete (whilst having fun with an awesome collection of women) and nothing that happens during the course of the day can ruin your exercise plans. Plus you start the day off with just the right frame of mind - oh and the sunrises are spectacular.
Samantha could not be topped in the list of workout instructors. She is knowledgeable and so caring. I have been working out with Sam for 6 years now and I don't think I've EVER done the same workout twice.
