Bryan Jackson's Success Story
I started my body transformation Feb 2012. I weighed over 220LBS. I had high blood pressure and I was over 30% bodyfat. I have to admit that I was not very active at the time, so I needed to make some serious changes. I developed my own diet and exercise plan. I worked out 6 days a week sometimes twice a day. My first focus was cardio. That was a mistake because I was burning away muscle. After learning of this I quickly added more resistance training into my routine. I lost 70LBS in 8 months and my bodyfat% was 13%. I went from a 40in waist to a 32in waist.
